Add exchanger

To be added to the monitoring, the heat exchanger must meet the following requirements:

1. the exchanger must be automatic, manual or semi-automatic;
2. the exchanger must be active for at least three months;
3. the total stock of the exchanged currencies must be not less than 5000$ in equivalent. 4;
4. the exchanger must have an export file of rates in xml format. 5;
5. The exchanger must not have negative references;
6. The exchange office must have a quality design;
7. The website of the exchange office should have contacts for communication;
